Whoever smelt it dealt it! 
Anyways, I was at a conference this weekend, and all of the key speakers did quotes... and one of them was from the alchemist...

The Golden Rule
Life is fair
Nature is balanced
Pain inflicted comes full circle
And oftentimes will be enhanced
If not at this time, surely at another

I use this one in my office all the time. I honestly think most people don't even realize what they are truly capable of. Capability should be taught from K thru life.
