Would you ask a fat girl out and to what extent? This is for guys. I have meet heavier women and thought wow what a great person and have overlooked physical appearance.

3 out of my 4 relationships have been with " heavier " women.
There is a certain point where they are too heavy for me, but a " few extra pounds " ( as the description you can enter here puts it ) really isn't that big a deal.
Gotta admit though, there have been several I have seen here that have the " few extra pounds " checked and were ( according to their pics ) quite a bit beyond that.

Congratulations to you - you are a TRULY fine gentleman who can see the beauty BEYOND the surface of the skin - that makes you a "rare" and wonderful individual.......
While everyone has different tastes, just seeing beyond the surface makes a person so much more attractive.............

Seems like people are staying away from here because they are afraid to be judged. I will be brave and admit that I am shallow, so it would depend on how fat she was and how she carried it. Lets face it, I am kind of skinny and prefer a skinny-average girl. I actually think I am too shallow for my own good. Maybe I just haven't met the right girl yet.

He used the F-word and I got into trouble for that. Go figure. I have, It's very important she wear loose clothing as it will makes her skin red, wrinkled and mottled. Overweight women should take note.

i have to say a guy who dates an oversized woman in my eyes is a rare guy.
im a plus size woman and have been since i was 13. guys in public NEVER approach me seriously. tons of guys on here say oh your so beautiful but in public nope never.
it just really bugs me some guys cant look beyond the outside and find the person inside because im one of the sweetest girls you'll meet.
oh and another thing. guys always ask why sweet good girls dont exhist anymore. because a lot of them are heavier and no guy notices her.

yup its mary! and thank you :) this is actually one of my greatest frusterations. if they would look past the clothing size they might see the most beautiful woman they ever seen in her personality.
oo and another thing. that girl who is super model thin and gorgeous now 9 times out of 10 will be heavier or overweight in 20-30 years.

ok I'm having an issue with this "fat" word there has to be a better word... what's your idea of fat ... most women are not barbies... good for you for wanting to look for more then physical appearance...

What is cosidered Fat/ Everyone has their own idea of whats Fat. Most Woman judge themselves harder than Men. I Think Skinny Girls with their Bellies hanging over their Pants look really bad. I would rather date a BBW

Don't be so, sensitive I am using it as a descriptive word, I am not using it as a derogatory term. Fat is a mass of lipids.

ive been around 125 lbs for as long as I can remember. I would guess the "Heaviest" girl I was ever with was around 140-145 lbs. There is only so much I can hold.. But the truth is, You like who you like. If i find her attractive and she is heavier than me, so be it. As I get older I realize more and more that looks truly are not everything.

I prefer girls with curves, meaning i don't want a rail thin figure ||< but i don't want a complete ball either ( ) somewhere inbetween, A LOT of it depends on personality and the way she hold herself as well. Plus a lot of thicker girls are the sweetest people you will ever encounter...to me that's what matters.. Because face it, when we get old NO ONE still looks good....you need substance... JMHO.

It's not as rare as you think. However, I will give you that alot of guys do not go for the "heavyset" women. But we also don't go for the "barbie's" of the world cause majority of the time those girls turn out to be b*tches (Sorry. Just how I see it and based on my experience, it is true).
Now, let's flip this around. See, I used to be 100 plus pounds heavier than I am now, and never dated a woman who was slender, or athletic. Then again, most of those girls did not recognize me. I was always the sweet guy who was their friend, but that was it. My weight had ALOT to do with women not wanting to be my girlfriend. But, I always managed to date girls who wanted to be with me, so it was cool (And yes, they were not all skinny girls). So guys go through the same motions as women do (when it comes to weight).
Now? Believe it or not, I prefer "thicker" women. Not saying I would not date a woman who was athletic or slender. Just saying, as for my track record, thicker women are who I am attracted to. So yeah, if she was heavyset and attractive to me, then I would date her.

being as i have a few extra pounds whenever a guy is comfortable being a lil heavier that is rare and i am glad there are still guys like that. as long as the personality is good.

Attractive body size is all a matter of fashion. There was a time when "overweight" women were the desirable ones. Different cultures have very different ideas about what is sexy and beautiful. Skinny women have only been fashionable since about the 1970's with the emergence of the "Twiggy" models.
