Flying through the Grand Canyon -- Awesome beauty.

I forgot to tell mine…
While it was not a planned trip, but a detour that we I had to take….
Margraten Holland/Netherlands
The Allied/American WWII Cemetery.
I have used up two passports over 20 some odd years and visited 30 countries. That place, people I met that take care of the site, the reverence they have for the ones buried there; to this day evoke very strong emotions.

my favorite trip was to South Africa. a few years back I went there with my father and my brothers. we toured the country, saw a variety of animals, scuba diving, went to the beach. It's a gorgeous country! I would go back in a heart beat. Just takes 24hrs to get there. 12 to London, then 12 more to Johannesburg,SA. :)

Most memorable place, the Devil's Den at Gettysburg. If any place on earth is "haunted" it is there.
Favorite place Roanoke Island NC, before they trashed it with fast food & tourist crap.
