My friends are the world to me. I prefer underground music and independent films to most anything that's mainstream. (Musicians have me at hello.) I own all of Kevin Smith's movies, Clerks (the original) being my favorite. I definitely have an Austin, Texas personality. I love film and music festivals. Some days I will waste hours just surfing the internet. I have a strange affection for Wikipedia, and any chance I get I look things up on there. I enjoy new experiences.

Favorite TV Shows: I've never missed an episode of Sex and the City. I love the wardrobes and I definitely have a shoe fetish! I'm in <3 with the Dexter series now, it's actually as good as the books! Comes on Showtime, the only series I watch now on TV. I've recently fell in love with Boston Legal and Hannah Montana. :P Don't even comment.

Favorite bands/artists: Z-Ro, Gym Class Heroes, Coldplay, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Nickelback, Chris Brown <3!, Incubus, Young Jeezy, Lil' Wayne, Staind, Matchbox 20, Papa Roach, Sublime, System of a Down, No Doubt, Aerosmith, Scarface, Korn, Boyz/Hood, Third Eye Blind, Disturbed, Amy Winehouse and I'm madly in <3 with Freddy Mercury (Queen). (All 80's music!)

Favorite movies: The Dark Knight, Sex and the City Movie, Dirty Dancing, Pan's Labyrinth (Laberinto del fauno), Saw I/II/III, KissKiss/BangBang, Hard Candy, Lucky Number Slevin, Sin City, Clerks, Grind House, Kill Bill Volumes I and II, Pirates of the Caribbean, Four Rooms, Kung Fu Hustle! :P.

Favorite Books/Authors: Dexter series by Jeff Lindsay, Retribution by Jillianne Hoffman, Remember Me?, Now You See Me, Angels and Demons. Other authors I like are J. D. Robb (Eve Dallas books) Tess Gerritsen, Lisa Gardner, Jonathan Kellerman, Janet Evanovich, Anne Rice, etc. I will read anything mystery. Currently reading: The DaVinci Code.
